2. Access to the property

  • Entrance to the building is through the main entrances on the courtyard deck on the 1st floor between 8 AM and 4 PM
  • All visitors enter through the main entrance
  • Employees can also enter through other doors with an with an access badge.
  • The school has its own entrance open on weekdays between 7.30 and 16.30
  • On weekdays between 18:00 and 07:00 and during weekends, access by means of an access badge and pin code via the main entrances, the basement garage and the waste disposal doors.
  • Access is available 24 hours a day to persons working in the building
  • The interior doors are always accessible with an access badge

3. Lobby services

The lobby service is available to users and guests of the building on weekdays from 08.00 to 16.00. The lobby service is at your disposal for the following:

  • Reception of guests
  • Parking guidance
  • Access control

4. Parking

Car parking:

  • 56 units in the parking garage
  • 46 units on the courtyard deck
  • 17 in the courtyard

The garage is accessed via a driveway. The lift door is open from 08.00 to 16.00, at other times the door can be opened with an access badge.

There are 17 electric car charging points in the car park which are freely available. Registration is required to use the charging points.

For tenant parking, the Moovy app is used.

5. Cycling

  • The basement has 50 bicycle parking spaces, including 9 electric charging points.
  • Access to the basement bike storage is via the garage and the basement lift lobby.
  • In addition, there are 40 bicycle parking spaces on the courtyard deck.
  • The school's cycle parking facilities are located along Miestentie 1

6. The property's lunch restaurant

  • Compass Group's lunch restaurant is located on the 5th floor of the building on weekdays from 11.00-13.00.
  • 24/7 kiosk in the lobby

7. Gym

A well-equipped gym is located in the basement of the building and is freely available to tenants. The changing and washing facilities are located on the basement floor next to the gym.

8. Waste management

  • Access to the waste disposal facilities is via the basement.
  • Outside there are containers for the collection of energy waste, cardboard, plastic and metal.
  • There is also access from the outside to a refrigerated waste room with containers for the collection of biowaste.

9. Technical systems of the building

  • Mechanical ventilation
  • Cooling is provided by a water chiller
  • The supply air is cooled and the office rooms are generally equipped with radiant cooling panels or chilled beams.
  • The school premises are partly equipped with radiant cooling panels
  • The building is heated by district and geothermal heating.
  • In addition, the conference and classrooms are equipped with carbon dioxide measurement.
  • Solar panels on the roofs of the building are used for the electricity consumption of the building.

10. Safety and security

  • Access to the public areas of the building is generally by means of an access badge. Access badges and keys are available from the lobby service on presentation of an identity card. The use of an access badge is always registered in the access control system. The access rights are defined for each company and user. Access groups are set up and the access control system is maintained by the lobby service. The access key is personal and may not be given to anyone else. Lost access keys must be reported immediately to the lobby. The building has a CCTV recording system.
  • Attention! After office hours (16:00-06:00), holding open a door with a reader for more than 1 minute will cause an alarm. All alarms will be checked by the security company. Any unnecessary alarm call by the tenant will be charged at the security company's current rate. If you need to keep the lockable doors open outside office hours for more than 1 minute at a time, for example due to a move, please contact the lobby in advance.
  • The building has an automatic fire alarm system connected to the emergency call centre.
  • Quick fire extinguishers, hand-held extinguishers and fire blankets are available in the building
  • Fire hydrants in public areas
  • Portable fire extinguishers in public areas and in the garage
  • Fire blankets in office kitchens and restaurant areas
  • Electronic smoke extraction systems in basements and stairwells
  • The basement contain the building's public shelters
  • The meeting point is located at the edge of the car park on the Miestentie side
  • Stairways and exits must be kept clear and unobstructed
  • No goods may be stored in the stairways and exits
  • In the event of a fire, any excess goods will endanger the evacuation of users and hamper the work of the emergency services.
